Evening classes to discuss and integrate:
- What is means to be a warrior and how to integrate warrior strategies into your daily living
- Discover deeper purposes in combative training
- Use functional combative training to advance physical, emotional and mental growth and development
- Understanding and managing the emotional self
- Making life choices, goal setting for creating a personal lifestyle
- Attaining peace of mind and a sense of purpose in life
- Developing mindset strategies for confrontation and daily living
These sign up classes are on Friday evenings and are available for student and non-students (non-students $10 drop in fee)
