  • Discover deeper purposes in combative training
  • Use functional combative training to advance physical, emotional and mental growth and development
  • Understanding and managing the emotional self
  • Making life choices, goal setting for creating a personal lifestyle
  • Attaining peace of mind and a sense of purpose in life
  • Developing mindset strategies for confrontation and daily living

These sign up classes are on Friday evenings and are available for student and non-students (non-students $10 drop in fee)
